I hate buildings like these. They are really a blight on beautiful downtown Saint Paul. I actually left Seattle because so many of these crappy, poorly built structures were built everywhere, 1200-1500 to rent 500 sq ft, 500k to buy it. Saint Paul should ban this type of developer driven quick buck construction.
