Wow these houses are great. Is this style common in Minnesota?

Yes, I agree with MO. The architecture here is really pleasing to the eye and the painting is just terrific. Are the other houses in the street just as 'in your face'? I wonder if it might make them harder to sell - narrow the potential market?

beginning and end of the rainbow right there together. Breathtaking. Now somebody needs to park a yellow, VW beetle between the two houses and we'll be blinded!!!

The architecture is pretty typical to the Twin Cities. The paint job is not. That's why I love these houses!

There's a lot of character in these old homes and the the paint just give them the right amount of individuality. Nice job.
