BN

I'm generally not a huge supporter of massive chain bookstores (I shop at Sixth Chamber Used Books and Common Good Books around these parts). That being said, I love that Barnes and Noble opened a store in this old movie theatre in Rochester, MN, thus saving it from deterioration and neglect.

Very cool, Molly...so much better than the sterile, modern store in Highland for example. Love the marquee!

I remember seeing The Parent Trap at the old Chateau movie theatre when I was a kid. The interior is magical with twinkly "star" lights in the ceiling and backlit castle-like constructions on the sidewalls. I could pretend I was a princess sitting in castle.
